the area is very beautiful, i did feel secure strolling around even late at night. the staff, they were really kind and always eager to help me find the best pastries nearby. my room was super clean, i found two pillows which was soft. breakfast each day was a dream, it had many options.
the elevator made a sound, that i didn't like.

a lot of good restaurant are close to the hotel, so i did not need to walk for long. complimentary pastries waited for you in the lobby each day, i thought it was sweet. breakfast tasted delicious.

the hotel room was clean, and the bed feel so soft and cosy. the room included aircon, so it helped a lot. the tv had many programs, it did make me happy.

the location felt perfect, you could easily walk to many nice places close by. the area had lot of supermarkets, it made it convenient. i found the metro station nearby.

The hotel was very clean. The room was renovated as well. The staff was nice and kind (they really were really nice). I appreciated the pastries and coffee in the lobby.
The room was a bit too warm. Air conditioning was not available.

The location proves conveniently near major monuments, even the main lines of underground are nearby. The staff showed extraordinary kindness and willingly answered requests. My room included both a nespresso coffee machine and a fridge. The provided toiletries were of good quality , something i very appreciate.
the room was a bit small, slightly challenging to fully unpack my belongings.

The front desk staff offered luggage storage before check-in, very convenient. My room had a nespresso machine with complimentary capsules, it was very nice. There was also free coffee and pastries in the lobby each morning, a very lovely touch. The team at the reception was always happy to assist with directions or recommendations.
The elevator made a noticeable sound, it was a little disruptive.

the hotel's location proved acceptable , with convenient access to nearby attractions.
The room size was significantly smaller than expected . I found it quite cramped. additionally , the lack of proper soundproofing led to considerable disturbance from street noise , particularly during the night. this impacted my sleep quality considerably and detracted from the overall experience.
